A Table Worth Building
Kristi's Table is seeking the right partners to bring a singular fine dining vision to Sheridan, Wyoming.
The Vision
Small by Design. Exceptional by Intention.
Kristi's Table is conceived as an intimate, 40–50 seat fine dining restaurant — deliberately small, so that every guest receives the kind of attention that larger establishments cannot offer. This is not a volume play. It is a quality play.
The idea is built around repeat guests: locals and visitors who return once or twice a month, or even once a week because the food is excellent, the staff know their names, and the experience feels like a rare gift in a world of ordinary meals.
Daniel Raimon brings decades of professional kitchen experience and a personal mission — to honor his late mate Kristi through a restaurant that embodies everything they believed fine dining could be.

Sheridan is one of Wyoming's most dynamic small cities — a growing destination for outdoor tourism, a strong local economy anchored by ranching and energy, and a community that supports quality local businesses.
The fine dining segment in Sheridan is underserved. There is no intimate, chef-driven Continental restaurant in the market. Kristi's Table would occupy that space entirely.

What We're Looking For
01
Investment Partners
We are seeking investors who believe in the vision and want to be part of building something lasting. This is a ground-floor opportunity in a concept with a clear identity, an experienced operator, and a market with no direct competition.
02
Location Partners
The right space matters enormously. We are actively seeking a location in Sheridan — ideally a historic or character-rich building that suits the warmth and intimacy of the concept. If you own or manage commercial property, we'd love to talk.
03
Community Supporters
Beyond capital and real estate, we welcome introductions to local business leaders, hospitality professionals, and anyone who shares the belief that Sheridan deserves a restaurant like this.
Ready to Talk?
If this resonates with you — as an investor, a location partner, or simply someone who wants to see this happen — reach out. Daniel responds personally to every inquiry.
