Our Philosophy

A small, intimate fine dining restaurant — without the formality of yesteryear. A place where we cater not just to couples, but to small parties who want to spend a special time together. The kind of place you might find yourself returning to once a month, or even once or twice a week.
Our staff are trained to learn and remember guests' names and preferences — while always gently encouraging them to branch out and try something new. It is a matter of building trust, being comfortable, and caring.
Our menu is written to be understood by most people — with names rather than exhaustive ingredient lists. That knowledge belongs to the servers, who carry it as part of their welcoming approach. Making guests comfortable is not a courtesy. It is the craft.

Daniel Raimon has spent his career in professional kitchens — from New York to Seattle to Alaska and to Wyoming — building the kind of knowledge that only comes from years of real service. His training spans classical European technique and the practical demands of running a restaurant that people return to.
Kristi brought her own deep love of food and an instinct for hospitality that no curriculum can teach. Together, they developed a repertoire that is both disciplined and deeply personal.
Kristi's Table is the culmination of that shared education — a place where everything on the plate has been earned.
